For US & Canada Customers:
- We offer free shipping and a one-time free-size exchange for orders over $100 within the contiguous US and Canada.
- If the size isn’t right, you can exchange your unworn items for free within 20 days of receipt.

Remorse Returns: For a simple remorse return (non-size-related), there is a USD 45 return fee.
For International Customers (Rest of the World):
- A shipping fee applies to international orders.

To be accepted for an exchange or return, please ensure that:
- Your shoes are undamaged and unworn, in re-sellable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on the soles), and in their original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 20 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
